Audio Spatializer Plugin that allows you to change HRTF measurement?

Hi there,

I am an audio student and for my dissertation I am wanting to compare a "generic" HRTF with a more "personalized" HRTF using this database http://interface.cipic.ucdavis.edu/sound/hrtf.html

Is there anyway I could extract the imformation from this database and stick in an audio spatializer in Unity to make a more personalized HRTF? I am using a separate program to compare the individuals HRTF to the database so it is at least kind of personalized.

I am also writing a dissertation on binaural audio with Unity, for subjective testing.
I was intending to use the database already available on RealSpace3D and try and compare different configurations, but I don't know where these HRTFs come from!
