Bug Audio Spatializer Drop Down not Populating

Attempting to get spatialized audio working in our project and it seems as though there is an issue with the spatializer plugin.

The drop down located at:
Player Settings>Audio>Spatializer Plugin

Is empty when I would expect there to be the oculus spatializer. So I can't seem to get it enabled in the project because it won't seem to showup in that selection

Any help would be appreciated. I've tried changing the oculus plugin and also the spatializer plugin.
