Audio Audio Sources not working whatsoever

    So I've been trying to get my audio to work. I've done nothing special, just created a standard Audio Source and put in a clip. PlayOnAwake() is on, but when I press play I hear nothing.
    The audio source is set to 2D, so it can't be anything distance related.

    When I press play on the clip in the inspector, I can hear it just fine.

    I am losing my mind over this, please help! :c

    Is there a listener in the scene? Was global volume in the audio manager changed? Does audio play in other projects?

    Other projects don't do it anymore either. All my projects are now quiet in play mode...
    Global volume is still the same. But that should be project specific right? So if all my projects are now silent then there has to be something else.

    Is the Mute Audio button toggled on your play window? (by stats, gizmos, maximize on play)

    I ABSOLUTELY CAN'T

    This was the problem the whole time. Thank you so much. I don't know how that got turned on and I feel so stupid lmao. You're a lifesaver.
