The ability to define attach points for specific sprites via the Sprite Editor would be awesome. Attach points are basically position placeholders that can be referenced from code in-order to spawn and place something at a specific point on a sprite. Like a fireball or a weapon. I know that you can replicate the function of attach points by having child GameObjects at specific positions, but doing so is clunky and time-consuming, especially when animations are involved. Having attach points built-in would relieve the pain of spawning things in specific positions greatly.
