AtariBox Thoughts

Just wanted to see what people thought of the AtariBox. I really want to develop for it, in fact, the next thing I'm lining up is being designed with it in mind. I'm worried though because I haven't seen much interest from other developers for the platform and I was wondering if I was crazy.

It's hard to design for it though since I have almost no information to go on besides price point, physical size and the fact that they're working with AMD. I was told it was going to be a hardware platform but they went radio silent after that. Which is why I'm hesitant to even build a prototype until I at least know something solid about the controller cause I may have to throw it all out and start over.
