    Hello Unity Community,

I'm currently facing an issue with Unity Gaming Services Analytics and Snowflake, and I'm hoping someone here might be able to offer some insight or assistance.

My project data from Unity UGS Analytics is supposed to be shared with my Snowflake account, but I am unable to see or access the data. Unity has confirmed the data sharing setup, but the data isn't visible in my Snowflake account.

    Details:
    • My game is hosted on itch.io.
    • I am the account admin on Snowflake and should have full access.
    • Unity support has been involved, but we've hit a roadblock that has gone on for more than a month.
    • Snowflake indicates that Unity is the data provider, but the data isn't appearing.
I'm under a tight deadline for a PhD research project, so any help or guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, or does anyone have suggestions on what steps I can take next?

Screenshot shows that Unity data is not appearing.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Best regards, Laurence Bush

    Hi Laurence,

This might not be the solution that you are looking for, but have you tried using SQL data explorer to query all your data and download using the export option? This will grant you access to your data so you can later do your analysis for your PhD. This is how I did it.
