Assign skybox to a camera

I've not found a way to assign the skybox to a camera. At least by dragging I don't find where to drag it.

I could do it in edit-render settings-skybox material, but the manual says that you can drag a skybox to a specific camera.

Is there a specific procedure?

 

Component->Rendering->Skybox
