If i buy a complete project on the assets store. May i use it for commercial use? I know you may use assets for commercial use but this is a complete project. May i use that commercial too? So that i can buy a complete project and edit it to my wish and then publish it on Steam/Apple Store/Google Play.

Yes you can. Anything on the asset store can be used for a commercial game, and you can modify it if it isn't a "services sdk"

From the asset store EULA: https://unity3d.com/legal/as_terms (don't take my word for it, I'm not an expert. I'd recommend reading through the whole thing.)

Ethical and making money in the mobile market don't really belong together in the same sentence. ;)

The bigger concern is that everyone else can also do the same thing. Which means that the game will be just another generic clone. Don't expect much return from a generic clone.

Almost anything. Just as an example, if I recall correctly, the Republique Tech Demo is not allowed to be used commercially.

Caveats like this though should have their own licenses included in the package specifying if you are allowed or not.
