Asset Store Team Not Responding?

    Hi everyone,

    Has anyone encountered an issue where the Asset Store team stops replying to support emails? I submitted a package upgrade, and after 2 weeks it was declined for an odd folder organization issue. I fixed it, resubmitted, and haven't heard back in over 2 weeks. It's taken 4 weeks at this point to try and get my package upgrade on the store and go live (major upgrade). I have emailed twice over the past couple of weeks and I have not heard anything back about this.

    The package was "accepted" in an email on February 25th, but on my publisher page is says it's still pending. On the package page I can "preview" it but on the pending page the preview page gives a 404. I followed up immediately about this but haven't heard back.

    Is it accepted or not? Has anyone else had this experience when submitting an upgrade? I have no idea what to do at this point other than keep waiting for it to be approved for the store. Thanks for any advice or input in advance!! You all rock.
