    Hello everyone,

1.5 months ago, I opened a refund request for an asset that I purchased. I have been provided a disclaimer that it can take up to 2+ weeks for getting a response. However, it has been 1.5 months and I still haven't received any response to my refund request. Does anyone have any problem receiving respond to their refund requests for a long time like mine?

    An update on this:

Someone finally contacted me and checked if I downloaded the assets or not. After confirming that the assets are not downloaded, they processed my refund and said that the money will be on my account within 10 days.

However, the customer support informed me that the delays are taking more time than anticipated so if you are expecting a refund, you might experience a delay like me.

NEVER had that problem with assets. That's so bad.
For those interested, can you tell if it's the asset provider or Unity that this delay is caused by?
