I'm not sure where else to post this as I couldn't find a help desk type section and there don't seem to be any areas for support other than this one (the Asset Store forum looks to be for submissions). Please move this if it's in the wrong spot

I purchased a good amount of assets on Saturday. I checked my downloads on the Asset Store today, and they're not in there, and when I go to the ones I bought on the store, it lists the price, instead of "Open in Unity." I checked my bank account, and the charge is indeed there, though it says it's pending. Could this be because I closed the tab that said to press OK when you're done? That seems unlikely. I do also have the receipt page saved as a screenshot, so it seems weird that I would get so far as the receipt yet not complete the order.

I'd really rather not buy them again, because one of them was a 24hr sale that was $70 off.

I'd e-mail the Asset Store team with your order number and such, which should be on the screenshot you took.

Thanks. I found that section but (of course) only after I had posted this thread.

As an update for anyone who may see this in the future, the assets are available in the downloads section of the website on my desktop, which is odd, since I'm logging in with the same account on both computers. Additionally, the one asset I purchased from my laptop is only visible on the downloads section from there. So, it must be client-side somehow (maybe until you download them?), which seems pretty weird. That still presents a problem, though, for putting all of the assets onto one computer.

Clear all of your cookies from both machines and log back in again. One option too is to take that straggling asset from your laptop... import it into a new project and then export it to a .unitypackage. You could then copy that to your desktop.
