Asset Store Publishing takes over a week!

    Is this normal? I published it 23rd October and it's 28th now, and in their mail they say it will take just a few bussiness-days!

    For sake of discussion lets just say that on the day it was submitted, they had already batched what they were allotted for the day. That means in reality only three business days (Noting it's only 4:25am PST on the third day) have gone by, in which time they've had to spend processing those submitted before you - also keep in mind that assets are put through a set of testing during this time.

    So this three days that it has been in queue, really is not that unreasonable.

    A small sidebar: The 23rd - 28th is 5 days, so under a week - moreover in business days.

    Sorry to hear that but it does indeed take a while for the store guys to go over all the submitted packages.
    They are working as fast as they can but there are just a lot of packages in the queue at any given time.
    It is a first in first out queue.

    Hi! Thank you for your reply, I hope it did not sound like I was whining over their "work" or something, I was just curious of there was a problem with the asset being sent to them :)

    If there is an issue with your asset they'll be in touch with your for sure. Otherwise they'll let you know that is will be published.

    Be patient. It's taken up to 17 days for an asset of mine to be reviewed for inclusion before. Yes, the email says 3 days, but this is not accurate.
