Asset store publisher sales are suddenly gone!

Back now, bit temperamental every couple months it happens, shock, horror eh! haha

 

Here we go again.

 

Is this happening again? This morning my sales were there, now they are gone. Same bug as before?

 

Thats weird, its back again! Maybe an issue with the browser I am using? I didnt clear cache or change anything. It is just back. Ok, well back to normal XD

 

Mine are back now. Did we ever get an explanation on this?

 

A while ago a dev said it was an issue they knew about and was trying to fix it, but also said no data is lost during this purely visual glitch apparently

 

Very NOT cool...they do not have permission to steal my sales AT ALL.

But , what interesting !
This time I have lost sales from one single asset.
And when I am looking to past sales (November20),
it is gone to !

I confirm. The sales information for several assets disappeared.

 

My December sales are suddenly gone too!
Sort of furious because it is the best month that I've ever done, and I was looking forward to the extra money to make up for Christmas gifts. Can anyone from unity confirm that this is a temporary glitch and that my profit is ok?

Same here! lost my december sales from one of my asset =( Does anyone have any official information about this case?

 

I also lost 2 assets from sales statistics along with income. It happened on Dec 25. This is my first time in 4 years. Since then, sales have stalled on the statistics, as if the page isn't refreshing ....
I wrote a support ticket. But so far no answer.

 

Still the same problem. We need an answer.

 

I don't see anymore the sales data from June 2018 to today.

 

Still No sales for December. No response from unity.

On the 24th of this month, one of my assets was no longer displayed in the sales report tab. In addition, it does not show up in sales in recent months. Although in the Revenue tab, the amount has not changed in recent months. Also in the Downloads tab
the asset is shown. Also, the asset was uploaded again today, but I can't say for sure if it was purchased as it is still missing from the sales tab.
Of course, I remember the crashes when all the assets from the report sale tab disappeared, but usually they were quickly eliminated. This same problem has been almost a week old and I am starting to worry.

 

Just look to your DOWNLOADS tab , it displays all sold assets correct.
Seems like Unity team in the vacation now

 

I just updated my sales statistics. Everything works for me , all assets and sales are displayed correctly.
