Just a quick update regarding Publisher Dashboards.

It appears that everyone's dashboards are almost back to normal as I have seen this in various threads and support tickets. You should all be able to see up-to-date dashboards in the next few hours. Once again I would like to apologise for the inconvenince this has caused you. I do appreciate this would have caused some alarm.

We'll be looking at what has transpired today and see what we can do to improve things going forward. I would advise that if your dashboard does not appear as normal in say, 12 hours to please create a support ticket and we'll take a look at what's going on.

While the problem was happening, I got a sale (for $0 instead of $50usd), I got my dashboard back, but still I have the sale I did while the problem was happening to be 0, are you guys aware of this?

from the problem, I have not sold anything.

 

Same here. My sales were pretty solid until Monday. And since, I am experiencing a drastic sales drop...

 

mines got cut up to 1/3rd!!

 

approximately: I am selling about $ 15 a day, and since the problem I have not sold anything.
any ideas or comments?

Sales have still been coming in for me. There was a point where there were no sales, then a whole bunch showed up at once, so be patient.

The same issue is happening to me again...
- Yesterday (Wednesday 20th), I connected to the publisher website and roughly 60% of my December sales were gone. I connected again few minutes later and everything was alright.
- Today (Thursday 21th), at the time I am writing this message, around 90% of my December sales are missing on my dashboard. Sales for the previous months seem to be fine though.

Am I the only one to experience this issue again?

Maybe it's again some trouble on the Unity Asset Store side...
I am new here (been here for 3 months) and this happened to me twice.. Does this problem occurs frequently like in every month or 2???

no it's only the second time, we never have any issues like this since we start to create assets in 2014.

 

I am also pretty new to the AssetStore too, so I couldn't tell. But yeah, for the recent experience, I cannot say that I find the AssetStore publisher side very reliable...

Btw, I have this message right now:

 

Today I a realised that I have a similiar problem, some of my sales are gone, I exactly remember that yesterday I had more gross than today, and also the december's sale list looks smaller today.

 

This can happen from time to time. The Asset Store team is doing a great job, I hope this problem will be solved without any problem.

That's a nice thing
I think because of this new Asset Store, they are experiencing a bit problems but I have no issues. The asset Store guys are doing pretty good job.

 

It's still kind of worry-some, I don't remember Asset Store being this unstable, their stability record is outstanding, been using it for 5+ years and outside lately, it has been like clockwork, zero mishaps, and I want to use it for another 5+ years.

PS: All your missing sales show up in my account ... it's a Christmas miracle!

My sales are N/A N/A but now they show a warning:
"We're working on December data, and it will be back up within 24 hours. Thanks for your patience!"

 

I have some of my sales/products back for December, but not all of them yet.

precisely because of these messes and problems.
but i trust on the store they always back every sale !!!!!!

Me too... And not only December, the sales of each month are gone...

 

Mine are now showing fine..... let's hope it will remain as such.

 

I changed the price of my asset from 1.99 dollar up to 4.99 dollar. My asset went to place one of the category 3D models(City package), but since i changed the price, none sale showed up since my little price change, i can`t declare, why since the 4.99 $ change none city package sales registered :/

 

You should contact directly the Unity Asset Store in order to fix the issue.

it's an asset store bug, and, for what I know, it happen sometimes.

We have this kind of issue some month ago and it was very frustrating, I hope they will found a solution to avoid this strange issue.

 

I've also changed price for asset which is on Unity Pro/Plus sale and also cannot see any sales from that time. Do you think thats the same?

Yep, i came here to see if anyone else has this problem... looks like its happening again!

Plus when browsing the entire store. every pack on there, where the price goes, it says NVAL..
so everything has been affected... Please fix, Devs of Unity! And good luck fixing it!

 

Support says that they had "some random thing happen" and that the things are back to normal. That random thing seems to happen once a month.

 

This just happened to me again today. Is anyone else is also facing this ???

 

Just temporary maintenance stuff. It'll be back to normal in an hour or so.

 

Again my month sales do not appear...

 

It's happening also to me again... My sales from June 2017 to May 2018 are all gone... Sales before June 2017 seem ok though.
