Asset store publisher sales are suddenly gone!

Hi!

Any asset store publisher having their sales gone from the publishers page?

I've just lost track of all my sales since July, including the October's ones which have not finished yet!!

Any idea anyone?

Didn't this happen recently? IIRC it was a display bug while the sales are still accurately tracked for payouts/etc.

 

I also October sales.

No October, September, August, July, June Sales, I have lost all of them.
I can post screenshots, but they will be long.

 

Actually, it does show one giveaway I had, but not sales.

 

Same here: no sales since June 2017. Weirdly, gift packages are still tracked.
Probably they are working on it, so it is a temporary displaying bug.

Well, they COULD inform publishers about it somewhere. No unneccesary hearth attack that way.
Also, considering that they get that 30% it would be great if support didn't take 2 weeks to respond along with 4 weeks to approve an asset.

I do apologise. I can confirm that this is an issue on our end & is affecting a number of Publishers. The Asset Support Team are aware of the issue & investigating as we speak and anticipate that this will be fixed in a few hours. I have been informed that there has not been any loss of data.

Please bear with us in the meantime. I am sorry for any confusion caused by all this. I will come back to this thread once I have an update.

 

Why aren't you guys making a maintenance page for these issues, this decreases the report and increases the publisher assurance.

Also, just as an FYI... while my other data is not showing, new sales from today are showing up in my dashboard so this does not appear to impact actual sales.

I only started selling assets in October, and the sales are displayed as 0 right now. However I'm glad no data was lost, so I hope they will be restored to their correct number soon.

 

Well if they overshoot a bit I won't start complaining immediately.

 

same over here, and I just got 1 sale and says it got sold for 0!, hope you guys are also aware of the sales you get while you fix this issue

 

Suddenly I got the sales of 100 random people in my account, hmm weird. I'm rich now.

This whole month's sales gone. Only shows 1 item that I sold today.

Same here. However, the sales for June, July and August seem to be back on my dashboard. September and October are still lost.

 

Same for me, Sept. and Oct. are kaput.

it finally shows my sales from July to September but..... yet October is gone! October has been my best month in sales by far to present date....
looking forward to see my dashboard restored

 

Same thing happens with me /...all of my October sales are gone

 

I also face the same issue, my September and October sale was missing.

 

Only missing Sept/Oct for me.

 

Still missing October but September is slowly updating sales

I had the same issue, but sales are getting restored eventually and while the October sales are still missing, all other months are restored and showing up correctly.

 

September is completely back for me, October is only partially back.

 

I have the same problems, I worry about the month of October, please solve the problem...

 

Roughly 10% of my sales of October are back.
After this incident, I will start to regularly take screenshots of my dashboard...
