Asset Store not working!!

Hey Guys, my Unity Asset store is not working, when i click on asset store it shows White window and if i click on that white window it has the option " Localized string not found " and it hangs my Unity3D so i had to endtask it. I do not have any proxy installed and i have unchecked the DX11 option as well but still asset store is not working!
Please Help me!

 

Weird... I mean usually it takes like forever and a day to load up, but if that don't work, do like everyone else and go to the asset store through your browser and get what you would like then import it that way...

 

If i open unity store from browser and try any asset " Open in Unity " it says

"The address wasn't understood"
Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (com.unity3d.kharma) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

 

Hmm, I use firefox and it works for me.

 

Well i think i have fixed it. Only one thing worked for me. In unity, Project tab, if u click asset store and search any asset, it will show the list of it where u can download.

 

Yes, if i open Asset store from Window > Asset Store, it shows white window and my unity3D hanged so i end task it from task manager.

 

Mine does the same, v4.6. You open the asset store at all within the Unity editor and it white screens then the entire client goes unresponsive and you have to end the task to shut down Unity.

Same issue for me. White screen and cant download assets. No fixes work for me.
Very annoying and I don't seem to get any real support on it.

 

There is one way to download assets from Unity Asset store if u are facing the same problem. Go to your Project bar section, search any asset on the search bar and click asset store. it will show from asset store u can download from it. See image :

 

Yes i already did that but didnt worked for me. But im downloading assets from that search method, thats actually a fast way for downloading it.

 

I dont know what just happend, i created new project and tried asset store from the window panel and it worked.

 

I am also having the same problem, unity 5 both rc1 and 2. The toolbar for the asset store loads for 1/2 second then the white screen of death. The last time I fixed it I did a complete uninstall and deleted all unity editor preferences folders then did a reinstall. But that is a lot to go through.

 

Ditto. Hadn't used the store since upgrading to RC2 yesterday, so not sure where the problem is. I'm not reinstalling just to have it fixed. I'll just live with outdated assets
