Asset Store not working

I've been trying to browse and download assets from the store and whenever I try to view an asset's page, I get a "You Are Currently Offline". it will load the main page of the asset store, but no subpages. I checked my internet and I'm hitting 16 Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps, so unless the asset store needs more then 16 Mbps, there is something wrong.
