Asset Store Non-Functional During Sale. Again.

[EDIT] I was able to get a purchase through a minute ago. But the receipt page didn't load; just got the e-mail receipt. So may be working intermittently.[/EDIT]

Every sale the store becomes non-functional. Can't buy things, can't get pages to load, and whole vendor asset stores disappearing/reappearing.

Every. Sale.

For a company with 297.0 million revenue last quarter, it's pathetic.

I am dead in the water as well. Just bought a couple assets and now I can't see any of my assets in the store ( I have over 600 ). This is at best annoying hopefully they will get it fixed soon. I have a busy day here, so early lunch and hopefully they will have it fixed when I return.

 

If you click on a publisher's link, its coming up with "This publisher has no assets yet.", as well.

 

Yup, trying to buy something for over an hour now... my Cart just stays empty, sadge.

 

Same here. No more assets in my account (900+). And cannot buy anything also. Click on Add cart or Buy now does not do anything...

 

I see I'm not alone, can't see any of my assets, can't see any of my lists, my account options are not working...

 

Seems I'm not alone then either, none of my assets are loading. Break time I guess...

 

Package Manger in Unity is also not working...... Weird things going on.

 

At least some of you managed to buy stuff, I cant even get that far.
50% of the assets I click on apparently don't exist

 

Same thing here, missing purchased assets. Guess we have to stop trying to access our assets until the sale is over.

 

It's really convenient that I can browse around the store and clicking on an asset leads to a blank page. What a great sale!

 

Does it typically stay down for hours or days or do they manage to scale it quickly? Because it's a huge f hindrance to us all

 

Yea, same here.. Trying to buy assets before scalpers buy them all up and jack up the price....

 

Well it took a while, but i managed to buy something

 

In my anecdotal experience, it doesn't scale properly until day 2 or 3, and every new 24-hour or limited-time slot sale causes it to recur. Their backend isn't really scaling; it just falls over until enough people give up and go away so it can recover it seems.

 

Can’t open any asset pages at all.

 

It's all up now on my end (USA), hope every one else is having the same outcome Cheers....

 

Still not working – some pages of the store work like a charm, others not:

works perfectly

does not work

works, but no timer for the upcoming flash deals visible

It seems to be coming back.

I guess my question is, what's being done to address this long term? I've posted on the same issue for multiple sales now; last one missed out on opportunities due to it as well. Glad it's fixed now, it just keeps recurring.

 

This same issue is happening again. All of my bought assets are missing.
