Im browsing assets in unity asset store, and while browsing those i see no information regarding license, are these under standard unity license( meaning im allowed to use them in comercial games)?

Also since it'd be my first time using 3rd party assets, how am i to proove i have rights to those purchased rights, when i already have a game.In case i have to proove i am using those legally.
Is there some kind of license file?
Is it solved simply by Eula in unity store and my purchase history in unity store?
    How is it done technically?
    How to safeguard myself?

Just about everything is licensed under the Asset Store EULA. Click the link below and in the Table of Contents on the right side of the page click "Asset Store End User License Agreement" or just scroll down to the relevant section manually.

Only one asset has its own license. Below is a link to the asset and its license agreement (a copy of this license can be found within the asset itself in the documentation folder).

oh, so warning about different license is just in description?
What about my safeguarding in regards of having rights, should i keep copy of certain file or something?

What rights are you trying to protect, and under what situation would that be needed?

I have not heard of an instance of an Asset Store publisher coming after someone who purchased their asset and included it in their game. Worst case you have your account with the asset, which you can easily screen shot and send to the publisher if there ever was a dispute, and you have the Asset Store license already linked above.
