Asset Store down?

    I'm trying to make a purchase in the asset store, but after a long delay, I keep getting an Internal Server Error popup when I attempt to submit my credit card information. The popup stays on screen for a few seconds then closes automatically, which is strange, and returns me to the previous screen. I've tried a few times already, even rebooted Unity, and it's not working.

    At one point, it even told me that the payment was successful, however I never got a confirmation email and the purchased asset didn't appear in my download list. Just want to confirm this is not just on my end?

    Also seeing internal error. Been trying for 4 hours now. :(

    I'm having a problem as well trying to make a purchase on the Asset Store. Mostly just sitting and spinning. Recently I got an internal server error and unable to connect error message.

    Glad I'm not the only one having an issue. Thought I was going crazy.

    I was just able to make a purchase and opted to use PayPal and it all went through. It's not giving me the option to download the asset now. Still showing the Buy button instead.

    yes, same here.. i noticed i only got the paypal-email for successful billing, but none from unity. and my payment also does not show up in my account history.. Hope that'll be fixed soon

    Update.. still no email, but paypal-payment is showing up in my account now and i can download.. yay :)
    email and receipt can wait.. as long as i got my toys for unity :p

    Not working for me using Paypal or credit card, I'll keep trying I guess :)

    Same issue here. The data validation takes forever, without a positive result so far...

    Same here. It just sits at validating payment and then tells me that I'm offline, when I'm clearly not. Have been trying for hours.

    I've been having the same problem all day. The last time it actually said the purchase was successful, but it still has the buy indicator (which is disturbing).

    You'd think they'd have it fixed after 8 or 9 hours.

    Usually you just have to wait a bit and it seems to work - its weird because sometime it happens right away.

    Or at least post an update in the forums.

    I've had both: one internal server error and one 'success' where I can't download the purchased asset. It's the worst part of using Unity - the asset store, both web and in the IDE.

    Yeah, I've been having these sorts of problems for the last few days on-and-off. On the off chance that they might not know, I just sent them an email.

    How far that will go is beyond me.

    it appears that bought i made appear successfull but:

    - can't download it
    - didn't receive any comfirmation bill

    can't profite of 50% summer offer ! dramatical !

    That's a issue for us Asset Store vendors as well. No money, if customers can't buy anything :(

    Until the problem exist... If someone bought my assets from Asset Store and can't download, mail me invoice number to mr.necturus@gmail.com. Package will be send directly.

    I got a confirmation email from Unity at 3:51 EST, and when I came into work this morning, my purchase was ready to download from the Asset Store.

    Not sure if the problem still exists for others, I never got a response from Unity when I contacted them.
