Asset Store - Discount codes not working "The code is not valid" (no single use indication)

Hi there!

I tried to reach support in vain, so I'm asking here (please point me to the appropriate subforum if this is not the correct one).

I have 2 discount codes to be used on August and I was about to use the "biggest" one.


Yet, as I enter it, I get a "The code is not valid" message. Not a "You already used it" message, which makes me think I didn't use it (can't really tell if I did, it's been quite a rollercoaster month)

There was no indication about the discount code being single use, only an expiration date.

Now, I was about to make some relatively big purchase, and I'd love to know what to do.

Usually support answered the same day, or in a couple of day, but it's a week and never received a reply.

In the meantime I lost the chance to purchase some heavily discounted assets.


What should I do?
Did this happen to you too?

Could you please help or suggest something?
