Asset refunds

I bought a Shader for my game, but when I tried it, I find out that It's useless because my characters are low poly (with 1 texture). I wanted a refund but the developer is unreachable.

How can I get a refund?

Unless you can get hold of the developer and he agrees to refund you, there is no way to get a refund.

I have purchased over 100 assets from the store. They vary in quality. I have only asked for 2 refunds. The first, the guy had plagiarized what he was selling, so I asked him for a refund, which he gave.

The second refund request I made, was for an asset that was very poor quality and relatively expensive. The developer refused to refund my money. I made a protest dispute through Paypal, but Unity of course refused. So I blew my money. All I could do was leave a bad review on the asset store.
