asset pipeline 2

    Hi. Why abandoned the local server cache? With new asset pipline 2 my assets always importing. I waste a lot time to waiting.
    It happens with all my projects. I use android/urp builds/ecs builds.
    Btw documentation still not changed.

    It's literally unusable with importing every time for 1 hours.
