    Hey,

Looked through the site docs, but seem to be getting conflicting information. If I build an asset bundle here on my Mac, will that bundle work when downloaded to an iOS player? And an Android player?

Or do we still need to rebuild them on each platform we intend to publish on, and have separate bundles for each.

    Thanks!

Yes, Asset Bundles are not cross platform. The reason is simple. When you drag assets into Unity, they get processed into a form that is most suitable for your chosen platform. So, if you have a PSD image, for example, that might end up as an ETC1 texture for Android or a PVRTC for iOS.
