Asset bundles path

Hi
Just starting looking into asset bundles.Lot I don't know first thing that bothers me is don't you have to have the exact same location for the asset bundles(not dling from the web etc this is for a local folder)to use them .What happens when someone else wants to run the game on there computer do they have to have it in the exact same location/folder as it is on my computer else how could the scripts find the assets?.
