AssemblyDefinitionAsset window mouse control wrong

    This is a phenomenon that has occurred from previous versions,
    In the Select AssemblyDefinitionAsset window,
    Sometimes clicking with the mouse closes the window but does not set it in the Inspector.
    Sometimes the scrollbar cannot be operated by dragging the mouse.

    Same here, + changing color via color wheel pop-up window also has this problem. Unity 2020.2b2
