    To moderators of this forum:

We are a paid PRO/Enterprise customer with paid "build sever" subscription and now paid MARS subscription, I do not want to get up every morning and read angry offensive remarks in your forum here.

I do not like to see angry posts titled with words like SCAM.

This is not a forum for exercising people's freedom of speech, this is a forum to discuss engineering and artistic aspects of AR/VR applications.

This is not a request, as a paid corporate customer we demand the Unity forums only allow professional and polite language, in order to not waste anyone's precious time and energy.

Obviously the members could voice their negative opinions about Unity services, and as I SHALL, but in professional manner conducive to betterment of our joint interests.

Better if there are two forums, one moderated properly and one for general public. I do not want to sift through negative comments.

Seems to me like the solution to your problem is to stop reading the forums?

Also not sure if you can make demands from unpaid volunteer moderators.

    Hi Dara,

I appreciate your sentiment and we are taking a look at the latest on the thread you've called out. However, as a community forum we do want real dialogue that helps us understand where we are failing as a product organization and can do better. We welcome positive comments as well. Naturally we will make judgment calls on which pieces of feedback we should act on and which we shouldn't.

Allowing for transparency helps us all, as you can see what we see. If others are seeing similar issues and add their own feedback, that helps us see patterns and resolve them.

If posts create a hostile environment, promote harassment, or are egregiously off-topic, we will address those situations more aggressively. Link to our Code of Conduct.

    Phil

May I ask where are those supposedly over-angry post you are talking about ?
True that some discussions are more "hot" than others but seriously consuming valuable resources for moderation of a forum instead of developing the engine is a shot in the foot.
Better engine - less angry people, that's how it works.

    Fight fire with fire. ;)

Guess the OP meant this thread:
    https://forum.unity.com/threads/unity-mars-subscription-scam.965888/

While calling it "scam" may indeed be a bit over the top, given that the information is not hidden, you can still criticize the overall process - which is "either you cancel before the end of your free trial period or we will automatically charge you $XYZ for an entire year (and you can't do anything about it)".

Take advantage of the ticket system.

The public forums are exactly that. Public. If you need concise answers and are not interested in filtering out community posts then interact directly via the enterprise channels you pay for.

To build on what @philc_unity has said, the forums are a public space for our users to provide feedback to us. The particular case being discussed is being reviewed while we continue to do our best to help this user's unique circumstances.

I have made the post non-public for now so that the language is adjusted to reflect the rules of the forums.

    You hid the thread? Why?

Is the word SCAM off limits now?

Will you also cater to me if I make an obnoxious post demanding you do something about it? How many licenses do I need to be in control of for you to do that?

Because I do not like to see obnoxious posts with passive aggressive titles demanding you hide other threads.

This is not a forum for exercising people's freedom of speech.

This is not a request, as a paid corporate customer we demand the Unity forums only allow professional and reasonable requests, in order to not waste anyone's precious time and energy, because I do not want to sift through obnoxious comments.
