I'm trying to make a character like Baldi. The help I would need is to know how to make it start happy with a greeting animation and when the player does an action change the animation and start giving little rushes like in the Baldi's basics game. If you have not understood the "little rushes" it is simply something like this: The character would take a step forward in 0.5 seconds. Then it would stop for 2 seconds and take more steps. The last thing is he chases you when he's mad (doing the little rushes)

For now I just need that when the game starts it stays still with an animation, and when you touch an object (3d model) it changes to anger and does the aforementioned.
    Help please

PS: I'm a novice in Unity so I don't know much about scripts

Isn't this post just an exact duplicate of your earlier post here?:

Just like that other post, your question is uselessly vague. ALL of what you suggest can be done. Now you need to GO DO IT, then come back to refine what you're doing. Iterate, iterate, iterate.

By now you should have had a chance to work through a half dozen or more UI or AI movement tutorials on Youtube. There is a STAGGERING amount of material out there for you to work through first.

Get cracking, get through some tutorials that do elements of what you want, and you will begin to see how to put the parts together. There's nothing new under the sun: it's all just new combinations.

Well before you can do the work of copying a game, you have to be able to deconstruct it into its parts. That's not really an optional step. If you are unable to deconstruct it, you can't really build it.

I suggest hanging out in game design groups or forums and learn the ways that people use to describe games, then take those words to Youtube and start working through Unity tutorials for that mechanism.

Remember, you are NEVER the first person to do this. Learn from others.

Yes but very little. Actually the only thing I did was a platform game copying a tutorial from Youtube

So do I have to investigate within the original game?

If you are looking to understand the elements of a particular game, to me it seems logical that you would investigate within that game.

If you have a better way, feel free by all means.

The sooner you arrive at a knowledge of the elements going into the game you want to make, the sooner you can begin trying out tutorials related to those elements.

Don't just copy it... you're wasting your time. You need to DO the tutorial, and make sure you understand 100% of the parts involved. It's not hard, it is ALL publicly documented, but it takes time and effort. If you don't do it, I'm not sure how you can create your own game.
