Artifacts on generated mesh: HOW TO FIX???

    I've been creating my voxel generation system and every time in any rendering pipeline I get those flickering dots in my mesh. (not between meshed not on the edge of mesh) On the actual mesh. Vertex positions are even numbers, I disabled mipmaps anis. textures all anti-aliasing. And still, I can't fix this bug. If I don't fix this ill never create my game...

    Edit: artifacts only appear while exposed to lights / (bloom or emission). And this is not a texturing problem. I tried default material with no texture and it doesn't go away.
