Bug Artifacts in scene view

    Hi all,

    Recently I've been getting the following artifacts in my scene view. Can be reproduced simply by starting a new URP project. Turning HDR off on the camera causes them to disappear.

    This happens on a computer with the following specs, across several version of Unity 2020.1.0b6 to b11:
