Question ARKit LiDAR scan resolution / density

    Hi there,

    I was wondering if we were able to change the density / resolution of the mesh when scanning with LiDAR. The ARMeshManager has a Density setting but it doesn't seem to affect the resolution of the scan at all.

    It also says "Not all platforms are supported" but it doesn't say which ones are :)

    I've seen other native iOS apps produce much higher res scans so I assume it is possible to get something finer than what the example produces. Would love any help on achieving that!

    Thanks! I saw Tim's response, looks like the only way it to make the mesh ourselves from the pointcloud data. Do you know if the lidar raw data is available in Unity?

    Just had a look at your remote plugin btw, sounds amazing, instant buy :)

    As far as I know, it's not possible to access the raw LiDAR data in Unity. You can only receive meshes generated by ARKit.
