My apologies for not just waiting it out, our game is set to release to media in a week and both software engineers are getting a "Cannot Submit Change to Server" Error.

Is this something wrong with the server, or version perhaps? We're running on version 5.4.0b19

Currently getting the same error message. Restarting Unity didn't help.

Hi everyone! @Cadrean @kB11 can you check your editor.logs for me?
    If you see
it is a service issue we are currently working to resolve.

If you see a specific file is failing, it should give you a reason why (ie "NameTaken case must match").
Please let me know if you are encountering other errors and I will update this forum post when the service issue is resolved.

Thank you for the quick response, if it's a service issue we'll be patient. We were just concerned that it was a specific problem with our collab build.

I'm getting a lot of the <Code>AccessDenied</Code> lines in the Editor.Log. Could you let us know in this thread when the service is back up? Thanks for the quick response.

    No "AccessDenied" in my editor.log.

Here are a few parts of the editor.log which might be useful:

    Code (csharp):
    1. Error 'Cannot submit change to server' (23) returned in 'C:/buildslave/unity/build/Editor/Src/Collab/Requests/UploadRequests.cpp' at line 162
    Code (csharp):
    1. UploadEntryRequest  failed, Reason: 403
    Code (csharp):
    1. Error 'Cannot submit change to server' (23) returned in 'C:/buildslave/unity/build/Editor/Src/Collab/Jobs/CollabPublishAsyncJob.cpp' at line 349
    Edit:
I should also add that I was able to successfully commit two hours ago. The issue must have started very recently.

Wow you are all awesome! The 403's are an access denied. It looks like you are all hitting the same error but at different stages of the Publish/Update cycle.

thank you so much for posting the errors! I'll keep you updated!

The service should be fixed, now. Huge apologies to everyone (we had a bumpy deploy and will introduce changes to avoid this in the future).
