Are there ANY water assets that work with Single-Pass Stereo and VR?

    As title, really.

    I've asked this question every couple of months for the last year, and it's been "no" every time, so just checking in again.

    Are there any high(ish) quality water assets that work out of the box with the Vive and Single-Pass Stereo Rendering?

    I know PlayWay has beta support, but its forum thread suggests it's still kinda buggy. And NordLake seems to have vanished without trace.

    Any other suggestions?

    I'd like an answer to this as well. Even Unity's own standard assets water doesn't work in single pass. Does anyone know how to change the shader to make it work?

    I own them all and NONE of them work with Single Pass VR...

    I'm using River Auto Material now

    I haven't encountered any issues with Single Pass yet

    It allows to create beautiful rivers with nice foam, but I'm using it for a lake in my game as well, which is just a "square" river.

    Might lack functionalies you need for your water assets though.

    Did you ever find anything? I'm finding thread after thread of people asking the same question. Seriously, if someone makes one, we'll all buy it!

    I ended up making a custom shader in Shaderforge for my game. It works in single pass VR though it's fairly specific to my project setup and would need some work to make it more generally useful. You could look into doing similar, though as SF is no longer in dev, using Amplify Shader Editor or Unity's own shader graph? water.jpg

    Thanks for the suggestions. I’ll see if I can get Amplifiy as I’m on 2017.4

    Were there any other shaders that work?
