Bug Are Freeform 2D lights broken?

I'm using the 2D Renderer and have just upgraded Unity to 2021.1.0b. All the freeform lights are not working since then. I add new ones, and they are not working either. There are no errors, simply the light is not visible in the scene / game views, I can select it, move it, I see the shape (lines) in the scene view, etc. but no lighting.

 

I wanted to know whether I'm the only one struggling with this, before wasting your time, but ok I will send a project.

 

I have been trying to reproduce the problem in a small project but it seems to work as intended. However, all the lights in my videogame project are broken.
