Are area costs bugged?

    Hi,
    can someone explain this to me?
    The first agent takes the entrance at the bottom(seems correct), the second agent walk past this entrance and then back down(wrong).
    Pink cost = 500 Blue cost = 1
    Agents are all the same prefab(Humanoid).
