Arabic, Urdu and Farsi in Unity issues

We are working on a poly-lingual app and running into some trouble after switch from Android Studio (Node.js) to Unity3D.

We are using TMP RTL but some chars are wrong, as well there are spaces where there shouldnt be.
Is this a font issue or do I use wrong setting?

Take a look on my attachment, I think it make it more clear.

I'm sorry, but this feature is critical.
This application is running in the medical domain.
We have switched from Android Studio to Unity. Would hurt if this was a mistake and we can't get the Arabic characters right.
