Question AR Tracking for both Android & IOS - necklaces

What is the best way to display an accessory near the neck area (I know it might be faulty to an extent).

I tried AR Foundation, but haven't found a way to get the nose area for both android and IOS.
My attempt was to get the nose area and try to drag my desired accessory manually to the neck area by offsetting the position.

I also heard about OpenCV,
but I'm not sure how to implement it properly to get what I want.

OpenCV just takes the image and you need to write your own algorithm to detect faces. Using ARCore/ARKit/AR Foundation is easier and probably more accurate if you get it working

 

I found it limiting.
Not sure how I would try getting the coordinates of the neck area to insert a necklace of my choice.
