AR Foundation LWRP Lighting issues

    I am trying to build an AR scene on iOS app using AR foundation with Light Weight Render pipeline. When I build the app on iOS, the lighting and rendering of the AR scene seems to be different compared to the scene in Unity editor. I am using Real-time lighting as my scene consists of dynamic elements. Transparent materials like bottle and water in my scene are showing up as dark materials, when I instantiate the entire scene at touch location in AR. I have no clue why this is happening to only transparent materials. Please see the images below. Can someone help me solve this issue?

    Unity: 2019.1.9f1
    AR Foundation: preview.3 - 2.1.0
    ARKit: preview.1 - 2.1.0
    Lightweight RP: 5.6.1
    Shader Graph: 5.6.1
