Question AR Foundation 5 - Meshing - What distance does it start failing?

Similar to my previous Occlusion question, with AR Foundation 5, and an iPad 2021 as device, at what max distances can I expect Meshing to work, before things start falling apart? Will iPad and iPad pro be the same in this regard, or will the iPad pro "see" further? From tests with the iPad Pro and lidar scanner, seems it only works up to distances of about 3 meter. Any more than that and you need to move closer. Does meshing only work for the Pro version of devices with lidar scanner?

For example, if I'm in a Airbus A380 aircraft hanger, standing at the entrance, will it pick up objects at the far corner of the hanger?

Or it's mainly for typical room scale, so for example a 3m X 5m room?
