AR Face Eye and lips cutout

From ARfoundation samples, we can get face mesh augmented on our face, but it covers our eyes and mouth. Can we get the eye and lips cut out from generated mesh? like this https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-tVc3H9os...VYHd14pXqb7glB9RojmlgCLcBGAs/s1600/image1.gif

So far, I can get eye and lips coordinates from the mesh with this guide https://github.com/ManuelTS/augmentedFaceMeshIndices and spawn something at that position.
