Hello, I uploaded my first game on appstore yesterday but got rejected this meaning. What should I do? This means should i add IAP system that can remove all ads? In my game, there might be chance to show Ads between each play and if he wants to revive, he can do so by watching unskippable video.

    Guideline 4.0 - Design

We noticed that your app requires customers to view advertisements prior to using it, which is inconsistent with the recommendations in the Apple iOS Human Interface Guidelines.

As stated in the Apple iOS Human Interface Guidelines:

"People use your application to get things done or to be entertained; they don't want to feel as if they're being forced to watch an advertisement."

"In iOS 4.0 and later, you can allow advertisements to display within your application and you can receive revenue when users see or interact with them. It's essential that you plan when and how to integrate ads with your UI so that people are motivated to view them without being distracted from your application."

    Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please remove the forced advertising and resubmit your app for review. If you wish to deliver ads to your users, consider offering passive advertising; paying customers typically expect advertising-free content.

Apple mentions "We noticed that your app requires customers to view advertisements prior to using it" and "To resolve this issue, please remove the forced advertising and resubmit your app for review". Is that the case, that users are forced to watch ads before starting playing? Also mentions "paying customers" although you say it's a free game?

Fyi, I got a game with rewarded ads approved on app store last week, just to let you know that it should be possible to get approved.

    Hello, thanks for warm reply..

    1. The users are absolutely not forced to start a game

    2. It is free game(0$)

Ads are shown between each level(skippable) with chance and only guaranteed rewarded videos are shown if he choose Revive button

Btw, do your game has IAP system that can remove all Ads?

Sounds like you should ask Apple for more information about why your game got rejected.

No, even if you buy, there is still option to watch ads

Ok guys, I know what's going on, it's about an automatic question of how old the user is.

the unit asks a question to show the ads at the appropriate ages. but it seems that this question is displayed before your ads run?
