"AppNotKnown" error on Unity IAP initialization for UWP

    Hi,
    I'm seeing some users who are encountering Unity IAP initialization error: AppNotKnown
    This is happening for only some users, for both UWP Desktop and Mobile.
    My app is published on the Windows Store for a long time, and the IAP is working for me without any issue in the test mode and with a real credit card!
    Any idea how to find the cause of this issue? How to fix it?
    (I'm collecting the IAP error logs on my server, I don't have the users contacts to ask them for more details)

    My app's environment:
    Unity 2017.4.25f1
    Unity IAP 1.20.0
    .NET Scripting Backend
    .NET 2.0 Subset
    UWP (built using Visual Studio v15.9.11)
