    Hi Folks,

I'm trying apply some shaders to my sprites (i'm using Unity 4.5.1) but without much success :(
I have experience with Starling and XNA/DirectX, but I can't figure out how to apply pixel-shaders to my textures. Is there any example or tutorial?
I plan to port some of the shaders used in starling to Unity ..something like this: https://github.com/devon-o/Starling-Filters

    Thanks in advance,

    José.

create a material. the material lets you select a shader. then apply the material to the sprite.

Got it, Thanks!. Do you know any effects library that I can use with sprites? I'm looking for a "old TV" shader effect..

Any shader will work. A sprite is just a texture on a quad. Throw any material at it.
