Application .update scene

I like to know why anytime i just more anything in my scene unity have to update the scene constantly like ever 10 second. it is very annoying i'm using unity 2020.3.17F, URP., i rather go back to 2019 if there isn't nothing that can be done. or switch back to the builtin pipeline

Yes.

Check if collaborate is off in the service tab. It worked for me.
