Resolved Apple silicon - significantly slower recompile times on newer versions

    Testing 2022 vs 2021 LTS (2021.3.16f1), recompile time after saving script has roughly doubled on my M1; going from ~2.5/3 secs to 5+ (on a fresh project).

    Edit: Seems 2021 is ok.
    Edit: Testing with larger projects has made things harder to determine - will set the post resolved for now.
