Video App crashes when video is played (on some computers)

    • I have a button which on click plays a video.
    • It works fine in the editor.
    • The build works fine on my computer but crashes on my clients computer as soon as the button is clicked.

    Hi,

    Can you give us a bit more information about the project? Also can we get the stack trace of the crash?

    Hi Harini,

    1. The project just has a Play button, which on click should play the video. I have tested it on multiple computers. It works on most. Have this issue only on a few computers. My guess is its got something to do with DirectX or Graphics card drivers.
    2. There are no 3D models or anything else other than the button and Videoplayer in the project.
    3.I am not aware how to get the stack trace of the crash, can you please let me know how to?
