Anyone know of a Terrain splat smoother tool?

Hello All,

Does anyone know of a tool that can either apply a smooth (or blend) a terrain splatmap? or a brush can you can paint over areas where the textures controlled by the splat map can be blended.

so
1: either it can apply a smoothing to all terrain in one click.
2: Or it can be done by paint brush smoother tool.

I'm using TerrainToolkit and it's a fantastic tool but it doesn't have a feature to blend the textures or smooth it out.

If anyone knows how to modify TerrainToolkit to have a blend feature that would be very helpful. and I would be willing to pay if done properly.

Ok I've done it myself.

Still if there is such a tool, I would like to know
