Anyone is experiencing keyboard problems?

    I'm unable to get the keyboard to work after importing a sound track on my project... I left the computer unattended for several minutes while the file was been imported, when I came back the keyboard did not respond, and if I clicked on any element of the project or hierarchy the element was not highlighted in blue, but in gray instead.
