Any way to filter who I am searching for by experience?

I am having a tough time finding people with whom I might "connect" on Unity Connect. I want to send some invites out to people in my experience category so I might get a programmer to help with
my project.

It seems the search parameters don't yield accurate results, because most of the people literally have every keyword in their profiles -- but that doesn't even matter because there is no parameter for searching by experience?

It seems like Connect is really bloated with a lot of phony looking profiles. It's like Craigslist right now, everything seems like a scam or just plain bizarre. Any way to get some visibility right now? I don't expect front page, but I just want to cut through the mess and find some similar people.


And there is nowhere on the forums to advertise anymore?
