Why are you asking these type of questions?
Don't you understand that Unity Pro offers features which basically enhances the game graphics (and some optimization tools)

The reason why you couldn't find a game made by Unity Free is because those were indies/companies who has a revenue high enough to purchase Unity Pro.

All I see is you asking these type of questions over and over. Start actually learning programming.

And I don't care that my reply is not what OP wanted but it's for his sake.

EDIT: If you still want your answer then Google "Thomas was Alone"

If I recall correctly his threads back when he was last on here essentially came down to UE4 vs Unity. His other thread is giving me the impression that hasn't changed.

Planning for the future is fine and all, but keep in mind the answers to some of your questions can change over time.

Sure thing man will keep that in mind. I am pretty excited for Unity 5 free. I just have one question regarding the android development, basically you create games in C# for Windows and with one button it can convert that game into Java or whatever for android right?

It spits out an APK file with everything necessarily inside it. Keep in mind you will need the Android SDK (I'm using the one included with Android Studio).

Aah nice. Guess it does whatever it does when it spits out that APK file. This is what is important

I want to add that current mobile hardware is just starting to get good enough for the PRO features. If you want to target a wider range of android devices, you'd have to tune down the visuals (the use of render texture and similar stuff).
I think that you can get pretty good results with the free version.
P.S. Check out the URL in my signature. Our game uses Unity free and runs pretty well even on pretty old devices.

Don't just "plan for the future." Make the future happen. The best thing you can do is just jump right in. Grab Unity 4 Free and install it on what ever computer you currently have. Try to build some really simple games, like Pong. When you get stuck, use Google to find tutorials.

^ aah thanks for the advice buddy. Will definitely do that, I have UE4 but its too demanding and too slow on my PC and for some reason I just generally like Unity and is pretty well documented.

Two amazing games, that have been quite successful, both made with Unity Free.

Stop worrying about the limitations of the engines and focus on improving your own :D

I made this for Android in Unity Free. Not a successful app, but if you're looking for examples of what Unity can do on Android check it out.

barely anything, mostly our fault for not really marketing it, but life and day jobs continuously get in the way of getting the work in that the game deserves, it brings in about $30/month at it's current state

oow sorry to hear. I guess $30 a month is better than nothing but still should be a lot more. Well once you got a day Job well thats whats important maybe you can build a few more games and bring that up to maybe $200 a month LOL

Btw how long did it take you to create that game? how much did the music cost you?

Hey WalkingDead, you mentioned previously that you're a student, do you have the free Github Student Developer Pack? With it includes free private Github repositories for helping manage your projects. Very handy when you start your Unity (or UE4) Android projects.

    Good luck!

Reminds me of a much polished version of my first Unity Game:

That was Unity FREE although not very impressive by todays standards it did run on 2009 hardware.

Here's my latest app, although I own Unity Pro this doesn't use any Pro features, Android version is not released yet, but its effectively identical to iOS version:

No ads, no F2P. Suddenly I miss the Unity iPhone 1.5/1.7 days. The good old days.

aah thanks dude will do. Yeah I think I live in an ok place lol its not too bad but the weather is good just too hot.
My number 1 aim was to get into UWI and not really UTT

    http://www.eng.uwi.tt/depts/elec/ugrad/elec_computer/index.htm

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_the_West_Indies

Pretty neat Uni right? they got tons of international accreditation like our Medical Doctors get hired straight in the USA and their main campus is even right here at home in Trinidad. But at UWI, your high school grades have to be top notch to gain entry and only the best from the entire Caribbean get selected for there. So I settled for our national uni and decided to make the best of it. So I get to do a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering with either a major in Software Engineering (this brings it to a near identical computer science degree) or a Major in Telecommunications engineering. The only international accreditation this BASc Comp Eng course has well its getting this Christmas anyways is from IET in UK so I am pretty happy about that.

The best I can do is make the most of it because if I get B+ Average in the main computer science modules then I can gain entry into UWI to do a MSc in Computer Science. This below is a picture of the updated list of what I am doing at UTT. I guess its good enough right? plus its all about the individual cause I heard there are folks from ivy league Uni from the USA who are beaten by self taught programmers so I guess a fancy name University isn't everything in life right? someone told me its mostly about the individual and the distance they are willing to go in this field.

Great decision! An older friend of mine has a son who was accepted to a US Ivy League, but decided last minute to attend a regional state university to save money and have more personal time.

His son graduated debt free, earns $65,000 yearly working for a stable company in the US Midwest. Very good salary for the region. Soon he'll be a married homeowner. His MIT graduate friend earns $150,000 yearly at a Big Data startup but lives a miserable single life in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Francisco, where he reportedly spends $3,000 monthly for a studio apartment, pays enormous California taxes, and has a massive student loan debt to repay :-(

Another great decision. You might decide that you prefer games only as a hobby, or find something equally fascinating in the electronics field. Remember, if you have projects with flexible requirements, go for game projects. Have fun and learn at the same time :)

    Absolutely!

^ he he yeah since we also have to do lots of electronic modules aswell with embedded systems programming using C it fascinates me a lot. I would say its been a wonderful experience so far, learning both electronics and computer science at the same time is really nice :D

It itches me to learn Unity but offcourse I mostly have to put it on the back burner until my current homework and studies are completed. lol Unity for me is like a hobby you can say, if only there were more hours in the day :)
